Crack Sealing

Crack sealing is a preventative solution to existing asphalt cracks. Cracks that are left unsealed can potentially cause a sub grade problem beneath the asphalt that can lead to sinking, alligator cracking, and potholes. We use a commercial grade asphalt crack sealer that insures a water tight fit to prevent any water from entering the effected areas.

Line Striping

Parking lot striping, or what’s sometimes called, line striping is important to the safety of the drivers and pedestrians that traverse your parking area daily. Well-defined crosswalks ensure that drivers and pedestrians watch out for each other and each can reach their destination without incident.

Additionally, parking lot pavement markings help direct traffic flow so that one way streets, stop signs and other important safety signs are backed up by well marked pavement signs assisting drivers in safely maneuvering through the lot.

When parking lot lines are well-marked on your pavement, cars know to efficiently move through the parking lot meaning more time in your place of business and less time navigating through a traffic jam
